Corporate Reporting and Consolidated BillingMonthly parking reports detail who’s parking and for how long, the applicable corporate discount from posted rates, airport taxes and fees (unavoidable), and any optional services provided. How it Works and FAQ’s
How many employees do we need to qualify for a Corporate Traveler Program discount?
If you have a minimum of five (5) employees, your firm is eligible for our self-enroll program. With more than five we suggest a meeting to review our discount program and authorize the best rate available.
How do you bill us for our employee parking?
Our standard program is for Park n’ Jet to place a corporate credit card on file and bill that card at the end of each month. We provide a monthly report with card number/user parking details and charges. Client’s use the report for internal monitoring and cost controls. Customized billing and reporting is available depending on the number of cards we issue.
What if our employees use the corporate card for personal travel?
Naturally we cannot make that distinction when and if that occurs. We do have a personal travel discount program called MVP, and we encourage Corporate Travel Program members to enroll in that program for discounts off their personal/leisure travel parking.
What about adding new employees and deleting those that have chosen to leave the company or been severed?
It’s simple to add new employees, just email us the information (First, Last, email address) and we’ll handle the rest. For employees that leave it’s the same, send us their name and email address and we’ll de-activate their card within 72 hours.
